If you have not received an invitation to activate your pet portal, please fill out the following information. You will receive an email within 72 hours for activation.
Lake Palestine Animal Hospital, as is allowed by Texas law,
is not equipped with an on-site fire suppression sprinkler system
and does not employ on-site personnel during the following hours:
Monday - Friday 5:30 pm to 8:00 am
Saturday 12:00 pm through Monday 8:00 am
Any applicable holiday when the clinic is closed
All animals boarded at Lake Palestine Animal Hospital will be left unattended during those times.
