What is Cremation?
Cremation is a process where the pet’s remains are exposed to intense heat. Through heat and evaporation, the remains are reduced to the body’s basic elements. They are odorless, sterile, and weigh only a fraction of the pet’s original weight.
What Options Do I Have For My Pet?
We offer 2 options for cremation, Private and Communal.
How Long Does It Take?
The time for each cremation will vary, we typically are able to return your pet within 7-10 business days. If you choose to have a paw print painted for your pet it can take additional time for the paw print to be finished and we will be able to give you an estimate at the time of cremation.
What If My Pet Passes At Home?
Call us at 903-876-4848 during our regular business hours, and let us know you are bringing your pet to us. At this time we will go over all of the options available for your pet and answer any questions you may have.
Can I Be Positive That I Have My Pets Cremains?
When your pet is brought to us they are assigned a stainless steel identification tag that stays with them throughout the entire process. The number on this tag is documented on your pets record and checked several times throughout the process to ensure that the pet is returned to the correct pet parent. These identification tags are available for the pet parent at time of pick up if requested.
How Can I Plan Ahead?
Preparing yourself in advance for the death of your pet can be hard but can help ease the strain when the time comes to say goodbye. Thinking about this ahead of time will give you and your family the opportunity to discuss how you would like to remember your pet and to celebrate the life that you all shared together.
